Tracks4Africa is hosting businesses (i.e. Lodges, Restaurants, Shops, Farmstalls, Fuelstops, Hospitals, Picnic Spots, etc.) as Points of Interest (POIs) on different platforms. Your business can be made visible to thousands of users around the world, and to hundreds of avid travellers...

Tracks4Africa GPS maps .
Website Listings: Padkos. (i.e. T4A term used for rich content on the POIs featured on our Tracks4Arica GPS maps, like photos, descriptions, contact details, etc. Each POI gets a dedicated webpage on our website.)
Google Earth Gallery Layer. (i.e. T4A has a dedicated POI layer under the gallery layer on Google Earth, which is updated weekly.)
Google Earth Commercial Layer. (POIs and their details are made available to various Google services via weekly data feeds to Google, e.g. Google maps, google.com, google mobile, etc.)
GPS Travel Guides. (i.e. These guides are loaded directly onto a GPS unit, and provide the traveller with a photo, description, contact details, etc. directly on their GPS for businesses that appear as POIs on our GPS maps.)
Paper Maps. (i.e. T4A sells a Namibia and Botswana Paper map, and shortly a map of Mocambique. These maps promote travelling to POI regions.)
Tracks4Africa also has a licence agreement with Navteq, a large international map data company, that builds map data products for Nokia, vehicle manufacturers, etc. This is currently in process, and we hope a lot of our data will find its way to these platforms.

Get Listed.

Due to the high volume of requests to get listed on our site, we have implemented a once off administration fee of R500.00** per POI to be registered.

What do we do for R500?

We pride ourselves in producing a very accurate map of Africa for travellers. Tourists will use their GPS together with our map to navigate to your place of business. These tourists are your and our customers and to ensure that they get the very best service and travel experience we have very strict criteria for including new points of interest on our maps.

We have a team of people who will validate not only the information we receive from you, but also the position of your place of business. We employ various methods of doing this, and this takes time. Once we are satisfied with the accuracy of the data, we enter this into our system, upon which it becomes eligible to be used by our business partners such as Navteq and Google.
