Tracks4Africa is a GPS mapping company focusing on rural and remote Africa. Our maps cover 14 regions of Africa. Our road lines and Point of Interests (POI's) from GPS recorded and confirmed data. A Point of Interest is typically a hotel, a lodge, a restaurant, a camping site, a fuel stop, a picnic spot, a hiking trail, a 4X4 route etc. Our philosophy is that the 4th dimension of eco-travel is information. This is where the Padkos website fits in. It's aim is to provide the traveller with as much information about a POI as possible.

Our offices are situated in the Technopark business park in Stellenbosch. Once you've driven into Technopark, take the 2nd street to the right - Electron street. Then take the first street to your immediate left, Meson street. It is a short street, and you will drive into a paved parking area. Keep left in this area, until you see the 'Innovation Centre I' building. There is an 'Innovation Centre II' building as well, disregard that. Go through the entrance area in the 'Innovation Centre I' building, we are office number 8. You will see the Tracks4africa banner on our window.
“A very friendly and innovative crowd with some seriously cool mapping products.” - Jurgen Blignaut, 2010/05/07
