The Resort close to the sea, 25 km north of Melkbosstrand has fairly level grassed sites, some almost on the shoreline. Standard Power Point Flush Toilets and hot showers. This could have been one of the best municipal caravan venues in the Western Cape if they had only maintained the section devoted to caravans, as well as the rest of the amenities. It is very popular as a conference centre and the bungalows are fairly well maintained. The caravan park consists of two areas, each with it's own ablution block. The one section is virtually on the shoreline and appears to be the most popular. There are 28 self catering chalets. Each chalet is fully equipped and sea facing with sun deck to relax on. There is a lapa with braai area, bar and restaurant.
