“We visited the camp on 8 Oct. 2009 The camp shows bad signs of decay and lack of management. On our arrival at about 11:00 there were 11 “workers” lazing about in the shade. At 12:00 they disappeared, presumably for lunch. Wonder where the money for salaries comes from? The ablution block was acceptably clean. There is no access control and we would stay over there only in an extreme emergency.” - Chris Smit, 2009/11/18
