“New campsites with private facilities are now also being built.” - Mietsie Visser, 2023/06/26

“New campsites and ablutions were added. The camp is looking great after Gondwana took over.” - Mietsie Visser, 2021/05/27

“Great oasis after 1200km bush camping in the Kaokoveld in April 2010” - John Wells, 2011/05/15

“We camped in the Palmwag Camping sites in September 2008. The facilities are outstanding in that part of the world, with credit card facilities etc. Campsite can do with an electric plug, though. The service at Palwag was very friendly and efficient and it is definitely a place where one can spend time. Read a Trip Report to Palmwag Lodge Camping in Namibia.” - Pieter Theron, 2009/05/06

“The campsites are a bit small, but reasonable, with good ablution. Good enough. The fact you can enjoy a swimming pool, a nice terrace with a lit water hole, makes it a very pleasant place to stay. You can enjoy dusk and dawn walking trails. The setting sun over the endless valley with Palmwag as an oases lying deep beneath you is breath taking. You can also book guided game drives. As long you stay in the camp, and use the walking trails, you don’t have to pay the entrance fee for the park. They also have a good tyre service centre.” - Jan Amersfoort, 2008/09/01
