This is the border post between Botswana and South Africa. It is a quiet border post with about 45km of gravel on the way to the Gaborone - Francistown Highway.
For South Africans coming to Botswana; a valid passport book and vehicle papers must be shown.
Any goods acquired outside the country must be declared at the border gate. Fresh meat, vegetables, fruit or dairy products are not allowed. Botswana authorities will confiscate them.

Advice on travelling with minors, you will need a valid passport, valid visa if required, an Unabridged Birth Certificate with both parents’ names on and an affidavit from the other parent or both should the minor be travelling with one parent or with other family. The affidavit should not be older than 3 months.
