Tugela Waterfall (World's 2nd Highest Recorded Waterfall) The 948 m (3110 ft) high Tugela Falls in the Drakensberg, Royal Natal National Park in KwaZulu-Natal is the second highest waterfall in the world. (Angel Falls in the Canaima National Park, Bolivar State, Venezuela is the world's highest waterfall, with a height of 979 m (3,212 ft)) The Tugela River drops over 3000 feet in 5 major tiers. The total drop is 948 meters.
