Three Rondavels viewpoint' is an unforgettable view of three huge rock spirals rising out of the far wall of the Blyde River Canyon. Their tops appear to have a hut-like rounded roof. The mountains were known as 'The Chief and his three wives'. The flat-topped peak to the right is named Mapjaneng - the 'Chief' (named in honour of a Mapulana chief named Maripe Mashile who routed invading Swazis at a great battle.
