“This camp is still as previously described Beautiful setting - basic camping with decent facilities and perfect for a night or two enroute. The traffic of the main road to Luangwa did not bother us at all as it quickly quiet down after night fall. We paid with Visa (Please note lots of places in Zambia only take Visa and Visa with a 4 number pin only) June 2023 we paid US$10 per adult and US$5 per kid to camp” - Henk van der Walt, 2024/02/01

“We camped here in september 2013. There is a thached area for cooking and washing up and the ablutions are excellent, with hot water made in a donkey. The campsite is small, but level. We enjoyed the sparkling pool and the stunning views of the Luangwa river from the beautiful deck and dining area.” - Mietsie Visser, 2013/10/08

“The bar is the most expensive in Africa!! ” - Deon Kotze, 2012/03/12

“The swimming pool is also out of commission for 3 years now” - Deon Kotze, 2012/03/12

“Good halfway stop but the camp site is quite small and used by Overlander trucks. Two of them will fill it.” - David Clack, 2009/02/01
