Booking

The Swartpan Camp is located near the Swartpan waterhole. The two campsites have limited resources. You need to be self-sufficient. It has water occasionally which can be used for drinking but always bring your own water as it is not guaranteed. Swartpan Camp 1 has the better view over the pan.

Campsite reservations are mandatory, you have to book ahead.

Park entry fees may be paid at the gate in Botswana Pula cash only - ensure that you have the correct amount, or pre-pay your entry through the DWNP offices +267 686 1265 or +267 397 1405. Reservations are therefore mandatory.
