Rooiputs campsite #4 is situated 20km from Twee Rivieren close to the dunes and Rooiputs waterhole. The campsites is shaded, quiet, with clean ablution blocks, a pit latrine and cold showers. The campsites are pegged within earshot to each other.

You can possibly obtain water from the rangers at the gate. (Apr-13). There is no cellular data connection at Rooiputs unless you are good with climbing trees! If you set up your phone as a mobile hotspot and manage to raise it high up in a tree, you will get a slow EDGE connection. (Apr-14).
You are not allowed to collect wood in the Kgalagadi National Park. Visitors must bring their own wood and water.
