Tiffindell is the only skiing resort in South Africa at 2.3ha of ski area, acting as an incredible tourist attraction to the Eastern Cape Province. Guests stay in heated timber chalets and the Ice Station 2720 is the highest bar in South Africa! Tiffindell hosts the South African Ski & Snowboard Championships annually. This hotel was liquidated in 2009, and in 2012 auctioned for R5.5million. It has however been reopened by the new owners.
They give you a choice of Private Chalets, Family Chalets, en-suite Luxury Suites, or the option of Luxury 6, 8 or 10 sleeper self-catering accommodation.
