This is the border between South Africa and Swaziland. A single paved carriageway in good condition. Located on Route N17 between Ermelo (RSA) and Mbabane (Swaziland) approximately 120km from Ermelo (RSA).

This border post can get busy over long weekends and holidays! Extended operating hours during the festive season (applicable only to passenger movement and not commercial goods) mainly between 22 December to 24 December : 07h00 - 24h00.

ROAD INFO:
The road conditions from Johannesburg to this border post was reported to be good, with a few toll gates on route from Johannesburg.

The best route advised was to take the N12 to Witbank then carry on with N4. Take R33 to Carolina at Wonderfontein. Turn right just after the railway line just through Carolina (still R33) and this links up with N17 about 60km from Oshoek border.
