This camp is much smaller than many of the other main camps. It is reasonably well shaded and offers excellent ablution and wash-up facilities. The rest camp itself has lush green lawns and beautiful trees and offers facilities like a fuel station, well-stocked shop with ATM and a nursery that sells indigenous plants. Camp gates open at 04:30 (Nov-Jan), 05:30 (Feb/March and Oct), 06:00 (Apr-Sept). All gates close at 18:30 (Nov-Feb), 18:00 (March/April as well as Aug-Oct) and 17:30 (May-Jul). Kruger National Park is a malaria risk area, therefore precaution should be taken.
