Henry & Rosanna’s Camp is a welcome haven after having endured the rigours of the infamous Marsabit road stretching both north to Moyale and south to Isiola. This campsite offers hot shower and clean toilets. The camp has no ground covering (grass) but contains thorny trees and laid out pathways. The camp is set in an area next to Henry's house & business. The camp is fenced, has a lapa with fridge (Henry stocked it with beer for us), table and chairs. Fresh bread from Nagayo bakery. Next to the lapa is a wash stand where one can wash your dishes. A barbeque area is available on the ground a few meters from the lapa. There is also a dormitory with 6 single beds and a basin. Ablutions has a flush toilet, a wash basin and a shower with solar heated water.

From Marsabit Shell petrol station, drive towards Isiolo and turn right after 2.1km, just before the Cereal Board. Follow the sign ‘Camp Henry’ for another 1.4km. Upon entering you will see Henry’s construction yard. The camp is just on the other side of the compound under the acacia trees, follow the sign.

Access is possible with a 4X4, 4X2 and motorbike. Roads leading to and away from Marsabit are in a bad condition (corrugations) and will destroy a normal car.
