Sipi Falls is home to a series of three waterfalls located in Eastern Uganda near the Kenyan Borders. The waterfalls lies on the edge of Mount Elgon National Park, home to an incredible number of bird species as well as the largest volcanic base in the world. The Sipi Falls is situated on the Sipi River which then flows from Mount Elgon, and creates the three series of waterfalls ending in a 99m drop. This area is the starting point for many hikes up Mt. Elgon.
