“Although the locality is quoted as Botswana this camp is in the South African sector of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and operated by the South African Parks Authority. Before the opening of the border into Namibia this used to be a quiet backwater situated close to a waterhole. The sites are now allocated as they can be pre booked so it is pot luck if you get under some shade unless you have been before. In the high season access from Namibia will not be allowed if the site is fully booked up. The latest, most welcome, improvement is a swimming pool.” - David Clack, 2009/02/02

“Forgot to mention that there is now a swimming pool.” - David Clack, 2009/02/01
