Kalahari Rest is situated 25km north of the town Kang on the Trans Kalahari Highway through Botswana and is an ideal halfway stopover on the way to Namibia. Chalets and camping are on offer and there is a restaurant, bar and pool as well. Chalets are all en suite with stylish decor. Campsites share ablution and kitchen areas, and has a 220V power outlet. There is a generator and solar power for backup.
Reservations are mandatory.

This is a great place to stay over en-route to Namibia and back. The fact that it is on a farm and not in a town, makes one feel very safe.
