Reportedly the campsites are not very levelled and very dusty. (Sep-14).
“The Campsites we where offered where very small, one hardly bigger then the car itself. But this seems to be standard in the Kasane region.” - Emanuel Berger, 2009/11/03
“The camp site used to be the closest to the entrance to Chobe National Park but is now much quieter after the new entrance to the Park was opened. It is still used by Overlander trucks and although the sites do offer some privacy one is constantly reminded of the fact. The ablution block is adequate but the closeness to the river means that mosquitos can be a problem.” - David Clack, 2009/02/03
