Halali is a government-run camp (resort) located at the base of a dolomite hill within the Etosha National Park. The area is surrounded by some of the most popular waterholes in the park. Halali is based amongst Mopane trees, thick vegetation and waterholes, making it a popular draw for leopards, rhinos and elephants. There is an elevated viewpoint overlooking a flood-lit waterhole, which provides the best wildlife viewing. (Apr-18)
