Centurion is within the City of Tshwane Municipality in Gauteng province of South Africa. The town was previously known as Verwoerdburg, named after Hendrik Verwoerd. The town has grown to include businesses, offices and for an exceptional shopping experience, visit Centurion with shopping malls, shopping centers and major retailers. The town is situated midway between Pretoria and Midrand. Suburbs have sprouted throughout the town over the years.
