Bulembu is on the northwest part of Swaziland within the Hohho region and often termed a village. It is a quaint old mining town that is now operated as Childcare ministry. With the tallest mountain in Swaziland, mount Emlembe, the view, the atmosphere, friendliness and productivity this is a place to visit. Basic social services that are functional in the town to date are an orphanage centre, clinic, school, church and a hospitality training centre. Community project that sustain the Bulembu people livelihood and economy includes a bakery, a water bottling factory, honey making, dairy farm, timber and creative centre for art which are the backbone of the town economic growth. Bulembu is also a border town, where the Bulembu border is situated just 2km from the town and borders with Josephsdal Border post in South Africa.

EMERGENCY:
Bulembu have a Clinic but no contact number found. Nearest government hospital is 18km, the Piggs peak hospital, Tel :+268 24 371 111. Keep trying the Police number it might take some time to get through as network is bad for landline.

The town does not have a tourism office Contact Kurt Puttkammer +268 76 020 503 who manages Bulembu Ministries or Colin Cotterrell on +268 76 020 502. They overlook the town/ministries operations. Nearby Border Control point.
