This campsite is beautifully located, and is reportedly a very neat place with good camping facilities like hot showers and flushing toilets as well as internet facilities and cellphone reception (intermittent). Since 2019, this camp has been under the management of Namibia Tracks and Trails.

“Only 4 well equiped sites. Each has a private verandah and kitchen area as well as a flush toilet and shower. There are power points and even WIFI available, as well as firewood. Ideally situated to explore the Hoanib River, as camping in the Hoanib riverbed is not permitted.” - Mietsie Visser, 2023/06/26
