Omauni Community Camp is situated approximately 70 km from Okongo. It is not in a very good state, but does offer a few water taps, shade, flush toilets and cold water showers. We suggest that you just show up if you want to camp here. The campsite is located at Omauni in the Okongo Community Forest which covers an area of 750 sq km. Please note that Okongo Community Camp is a community operated camp and it is not always possible to contact them. For camping we suggest that you just show up as the community will help you.
