The cottages are built in traditional Karoo style. Each has kitchen facilities, a furnished patio, BBQ facilities and a bathroom. Some of them have a fireplace or a Queen Anne stove. On warm summer days, guests can go for a swim in the river at the nearby private picnic site. Other activities include fishing, hiking, and cycling. Matjiesvlei Cottages is 10 minutes' walk away from the Steering' Kloof Hiking Trail. We speak your language!
