Kalahari Rest is situated 25km north of the town Kang on the Trans Kalahari Highway through Botswana and is an ideal halfway stopover on the way to Namibia. Chalets and camping are on offer and there is a restaurant, bar and pool as well.
Chalets are all en suite with stylish decor.
Campsites share ablutions, which have showers and flush toilets. Each site has a large shade Camelthorn tree, a braai/BBQ area, concrete table and a light, and a 220V power outlet.
Reservations are mandatory.

This is a great place to stay over en-route to Namibia and back. The fact that it is on a farm and not in a town, makes one feel very safe.
