Situated 5km from the Gemsbok/Bokspits border, and 60km from the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. This is home away from home in the Kalahari.
The ten chalets are situated a bit further away from the main lodge, and offer privacy, own outside braai/BBQ area, and they share two private swimming pools. There are also six camping chalets available, which are comfortable and spacious, each with their own braai/BBQ area, and a central Masai-style boma enclosure, which is shared by the guests.
The lodge also offers ten rondavels, located under the thorn trees, each with its own braai/BBQ area overlooking the swimming pool.
There are also six tented chalets, situated in the surrounding Kalahari dunes that overlook the lodge from private wooden decks. These chalets have outdoor showers and the tented chalets sides roll up so that you can enjoy your surroundings from your bed.

FUEL:
If Molopo Lodge runs out of fuel, you can get fuel in the nearby town of Askham. There is also a small Diesel fuel pump directly next to the lodge.
SHOPS:
Directly next to the lodge is the Loch Maree Shop.
In this area you are advised to fill up with petrol whenever you see a fuel station!
