This is a wild camp experience, situated on the banks of the Zambezi river, with a braai/BBQ stand and bush toilet only. There are no further facilities, you have to be self-sufficient. One can draw water from the river (watch out for crocs), or fill up at the gate. Wood is in abundance. There is plenty of game and many lions around.

BOOKINGS: They have a booked rate on their website which actually is more than the walk-in rate. That is because the site is held for you. Visitors can also just turn up at the gate and book and pay for a camp. (Jul-17).

CELLPHONE: There is no cellphone reception, but Victoria Falls town is close by and there is reception.

SHOPS & SERVICES: The town of Victoria Falls has many shops and stocks just about everything.

“This is wild camping at it's best ! There are no other tourists around and the camp has magnificent views of the Zambezi. There is plenty of game around, but animals are not habituated to people.
