Siphofaneni is part of the Manzini province of Swaziland and their economy backbone is mainly depended on sugarcane production. The great Usuthu river also passes through this town where a bridge crosses the town. Tourist who travel to Durban and Richards Bay in South Africa passes through this town. This town is more of a rural setting and has a train service with the railway line connecting the town to the nearby towns and cities besides the good road network.
