Mount Ceder Guest Lodge is situated in Cedarberg, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Available for accommodation are beautiful stone cottages with shared bathrooms. Some of the cottages overlooks the river and others are on the base of a ridge. The cottages are air conditioned, have a lounge and well equipped kitchenette for the self caterers. The more comfortable cottages also have a jacuzzi and heated towel rails. Delicious meals are served at the Millhouse restaurant offering breakfast and catering for weddings and conferences but the guests need to book in advance. Meals are also accompanied by succulent wines from around the Cedarberg wine farms. There is also a small shop with cold drinks, juices and home cooked and fresh clean bottled spring water with their own label. However pets are not allowed. The guests are assured of an unforgettable experience while at the guest lodge with horse riding past old farm ruins, olive groves and Khoisan paintings.

Directions

From Cape Town - travel along the N1, through the Huguenot tunnel towards Worcester. At Worcester turn left onto the R43 towards Ceres. Take the R303 to Ceres and Prince Alfred's Hamlet. At Op-die-Berg turn right onto the road to Kagga Kamma. Where the tarmac ends take a left onto the road to Algeria and Clanwilliam. This is a gravel road but is in good condition. Follow this road for approx 34km and your will see Mount Ceder on your right.
