A small town/village situated on the West Coast of Cape Peninsula, Western Cape province. The nearest major town is Fish hoek. The town aim is to maintain its peaceful and unspoilt environment where fynbos, baboons, tortoises and birds, several dangerous and harmless snake species, clawless otters, genets, porcupines, frogs and toads on land many others in the sea are part of the ecosystem. This town is part of Marine Protected Area (MPA) with some activity limited like fishing, with poaching not tolerated at all.
