Desert Camp is conveniently located just 5 km away from the entrance gate to Sossusvlei and Sesriem Canyon in the Namib Naukluft Park.
The camp offers 28 affordable self-catering accommodation units. Each unit comes with an en-suite bathroom, a shaded veranda equipped with a fitted kitchenette, barbecue facilities, power points, and a nearby parking area. The air-conditioned rooms feature twin beds and a fold-out sleeper couch, allowing for 2 small children (under 12) to stay free of charge when sharing the room with 2 full-paying adults. Utility boxes containing most necessary utensils can be obtained at the reception, and guests can order fresh food supplies on a daily basis.
The main building has a fully stocked bar, swimming pool and 2 communal bomas for groups. Guests also have the option to dine at the Sossusvlei Lodge Restaurant.
