Nestled in the Miombo rich Central Province, Kasanka National Park is a small gem. Packed with bio-diversity, rich in bird life and home to the shy sought after but visible Sitatunga antelope and well known for the world famous bat migration that is claimed to be the largest mammal migration in the world! Kasanka National Park is a definite on the 'to do list' of anybody that wants to see it all! Whether out for a bit of comfort in a self contained chalet at Wasa or Luwombwa Lodge or roughing it at one of the picturesque campsites, visitors will always find something to appeal to their interest in this scenic National Park. Accommodation can be taken on a fully inclusive basis where exploration by game drive vehicle, on foot or searching for the prized Pel's Fishing Owl by boat or canoe on the Luwombwa River is part of the deal.
