Grootkolk Wilderness Camp is located within the Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park. This camp is not fenced and accommodation is in cabins. Note that unimogs and large overlander trucks may not travel on this trail.
There is GAS for hot water and cooking and SOLAR for lighting, and communal kitchen and barbecue areas.
Guests are advised to bring their own wood and drinking water as the water at the camp is not suitable for human consumption.
There is a waterhole at the camp which attracts wildlife.
Reservations are advisable.

Travelling time from Grootkolk to Tweerivieren is about 6 hours, and to Nossob is about 2.5 hours.
