Overlooking the bush and mopane forest, Mankwe's Adventure Camp offers six pitched safari tents with twin beds and bedding on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. The ablution blocks have bucket showers, flush toilets and washbasins. Firewood is provided to heat the water for a hot shower. The camp has a safari kitchen with a gas stove and fridge, but extra utensils are not provided. Solar panels provide power for the fridge, but the rest of the camp has no electricity. The Adventure Camp is not fenced and as such wildlife including big game, roam freely in the area. 4WD vehicles are required as the roads are very sandy.

Self Drive visitors are more than welcome, but pre-booking is required as Vouchers will be issued to hand in at our places. Drinking water can possibly be obtained at reception. Please note: on the Savuti Road: use the sandy route for the rainy season, and the marsh road for the dry season. The best time here for bird enthusiasts is in September and October to February/March, during the migration of the birds. The rainy season here is from mid November to March. The North and South Gates open 06:00-18:00. Fuel is available in Maun, and thereafter further north in Kasane. (Jan-14).
