“Visited again in June 2023 - as always the campsite was very busy during the winter school holidays so please check. However, facilities were well kept and basic and clean. Even had a wild dog sighting one morning.” - Henk van der Walt, 2024/01/31

“A great place to overnight. New meru-style tents with en-suite bathrooms were erected around the waterhole. There is a large camping ground, but be warned, there are no fences. Elephant come to the waterhole in great numbers during the dry season. The water of the lodge is cut at night, due to elephant breaking pipes to get to fresh water. The pumping of the waterhole does not keep up with the demand of the thirsty ellies. ” - Mietsie Visser, 2016/11/17
