Lobito is a town and municipality situated within the Benguel province in Angola. This town is a famous harbour town hence it is one of the overcrowded town in Angola. The town is one of the important tourism destinations in Angola with pleasant climate and a cool breeze from the Atlantic Ocean. Visitors are assured of a fun filled holiday with visit to the arts and craft market a must do, visit to old railway station and nature reserves. Though the roads are not in perfect condition the visitors can travel with buses, taxis and cars. There is a small airfield at Lobito but it is not used for scheduled flights. (Updated Dec-12).
