ACCOMMODATION:
Hotels, guest houses and are available for accommodation to visitors. (June-15)

IRINGA TO ARUSHA:
This is possible, and can take about 13 hours solid driving.

MONEY:
There are banks and ATMs available in the town - Iring NBC Bank, Tel: +255 26 270 256. ATMs accepts Visa. (June-15)

ROADS:
There are many dangerous causeways on the R7 road which leaves Iringa from the West. Drive carefully. It was reported that in November 2012 the road was in a terrible state, and severely corrugated and travellers had to drive 20km an hour at stages, also deflating their tyres considerably. Apparently it is graded once a year after the rainy season, but this does not always happen. (Feb-13).

SPEED LIMITS:
50km in town and there are usually police everywhere.
