Kosi Bay Lake Area is situated 12km outside of Manguzi (Kosi Bay) main town. The Lake Area has four interconnected lakes which flows into the Indian Ocean. It is one of the most pristine lake systems along the African coastline,which stretches all the way up to the Mozambique Border. Kosi Bay Nature Reserve, a World Heritage Site, lies on the shore of Lake Nhlange in the Kosi Lake Area. It is a very popular area for fishing and snorkelling.
