Track & Trail River Camp is located at a breathtaking spot on the banks of the Luangwa River, only 5 minutes from the main entrance of the South Luangwa National Park. A small owner-run lodge specialized in photographic safaris organizing morning and night drives in open safari vehicles as well as walking safaris, accompanied by professional guides for your ultimate safari experience. Our campsite offers several summer huts for privacy and shade and two 4-meter high platforms where you can pitch your tent on top. Each camping spot has a light, running water, a table, braai facilities and its own powerpoint (220V). There is ablution blocks closeby and facilities on the river are a restaurant, bar, and elevated swimming pool. If you don t feel like cooking you are welcome to join us for a delicious meal in our restaurant. A stay at this camp is a perfect getaway, the relaxing atmosphere and surroundings will make you feel at home. A low electric fence keeps hippos out of the campsite. The ablutions are modern, spacious and clean.

Directions from Lusaka and Lilongwe leaving Chipata; turn right 50m after Independence Arch and follow the signs to Mfuwe (South Luangwa National Park). Once you get to Mfuwe town going towards the entrance of the National Park, you will find signs for Track and Trail River Camp on the road.
