The Sakharani Vineyard is cultivated by Benedictine Monks at an altitude of 1600m in the Usambara Mountains. Brother Selestine produces a dry Chenin Blanc wine and a port-like wine from Isabelle red grapes. They produce about 7 000 litres of wine per year from one hectare of vines.

It is possible to buy their wines from the winery. (June 2015).
