Camp Nguni is a wildlife reserve covering an area of 1,000 hectare which forms part of the 9,000 hectare farm, Bultfontein, situated in the Western District of Victoria West in the Great Karoo, South Africa. Bultfontein was originally bought in 1835 from Graaff Reinet Heemrad and we are the 7th generation on the farm.
The farm boasts spectacular and breathtaking scenery. The Horse Shoe mountain range which can be viewed from our back patio, the natural fountains and our lifetime here makes Bultfontein a prosperous promise to its people.
Camp Nguni was founded in 2010 to share our love of wildlife, vegetation and the magnificent Karoo atmosphere with future generations.
A visit to Camp Nguni will give you the true meaning of Karoo hospitality. Experience our glorious sunsets while sharing a glass of wine with us. Watch a herd of Sable antelope drinking their last sip of Karoo water before nightfall. Wake up in the morning to the sounds of the Karoo and watch Giraffes stretching their legs at the waterholes and White Rhino in its natural habitat.
Our dedicated in-house chef is renowned for the best traditional dishes and will guarantee an unforgettable dining experience at Camp Nguni.
