The manager is very engaged in the work on running the museum both to give insight into the Himba culture and to preserve the culture and history of the Himbas.
They offer several different museum tours, highly recommended. There is also a guided tour to Bushmans cave, with historical rock paintings, and a giant Baobab tree with an interesting history
Beautiful spacious campsite with shade trees, hot/cold water and flush toilets. No electricity. All campsites have braai/BBQ facilities.
