Tuli Ruins is an archaeological site located just outside Gwanda in Matebeleland South province of Zimbabwe. The ruins are situated on elevated ground five hundred yards from the Tuli River and on the west bank at five miles west, south of the Matopo Hills, Gwanda. These ruins were built of granite blocks with a height of walls averages nine feet but the base cannot be measured as building has been filled in to above the present level of the reduced heights of the walls. Tuli ruins have detached wall running at an angle across the front of the main entrance at a few yards' distance, as if to provide a screen or shelter quite detached from the main building.

Gold -smelting operations were carried on at the ruins such that ancient gold crucibles, gold beads, gold wire, gold tacks, gold-dust, and gold pellets and ancient pottery were found. Later on Copper crucibles, pellets, pieces of copper, copper wire, and pottery, glazed and unglazed, and beads of late date were later found. (Source: Ancient Ruins of Rhodesia).
